♥ JUSTLOVE ♥ Coffee

...Because we justlove coffee, especially fair trade coffee

Especially Ethiopian Coffee

we decided to embark on this awesome fund raising opportunity!
This is the story of how justlove coffee came about…

Rob Webb knows coffee.  When Rob was two years old, his father started Webb's Coffee Service, which blossomed into a full-blown refreshment service supplying businesses in Nashville, TN and the surrounding areas, and is now run by Rob.

Rob Webb knows the adoption process.  In the summer of 2008, Rob and his wife Emily were called to adopt from Ethiopia. After much prayer and discussion with their first two children they started their adoption journey in August 2008. During the flurry of paperwork and preparation, Rob & Emily read books not only on adoption in general, but specifically on Ethiopia. Learning that Ethiopia is the birthplace of coffee caught Rob's attention, and after reading about the living conditions and wages of the average coffee farmer, he was compelled to take action. What developed through his reading and his trip to Ethiopia to unite with his daughters was a realization that he could combine his expertise and longstanding desire to roast his own coffees with his desire to help others.  Just Love Coffee Roasters was born!  Roasting Fair Trade Specialty coffees, Just Love uses proceeds to help an Ethiopian orphanage and families adopting not just from Ethiopia, but from anywhere in the world.

In May of 2009 Rob and his wife adopted two of their daughters from Ethiopia. The orphanage that loved and cared for their two daughters is building a school for older children. This project means a lot to the Webb’s because their oldest daughter could have taken advantage of the education that will be offered to older kids after its completion. By purchasing Just Love Coffees you can help fund this project. A portion of the proceeds from all coffee purchased directly from Just Love Coffee Roasters (excluding fundraising stores) will go to help fund this wonderful project. Not only are you helping support the farmers through our Fair Trade coffees, but you are also helping orphans who are in great need.
If you justlove coffee and you would justlove to help the farmers receive a fair wage for their labor and you justlove caring for orphans please consider purchasing a bag here:

THANK YOU SO MUCH
for helping to bring our daughter(s) home from Ethiopia!

On a side note: I just purchased this sweatshirt...
(just click on the pic to be directed to our store)

and I wore it when I took my car in to the Toyota dealership for an oil change before Christmas... 2 Beautiful Ethiopian women who were working there noticed the Amharic writing on the front of the sweatshirt and came up to me to ask me about it. It was SO fun to be able to talk to them about their Ethiopian Christmas traditions, Adopting, when they were going back to Addis Ababa to visit...

It would be so nice to have Ethiopian friends who lived locally who could help us tap into our daughter(s) culture, country, food, her language, traditions, customs...

New Traditions, Candle Light Service, Christmas & TUBING ♥

Enjoying our daughters here and thinking about our daughter(s) who ALL of us are dying to meet …We all decided we needed to come up with a new Christmas tradition that honors our daughter(s) culture, birth place and our precious little daughter(s) identity.

December 23, 2010 we decided to start our night out at HABESHA Ethiopian Restaurant in Seattle! The atmosphere was AWESOME, the food was delicious and we felt a little closer to our daughter/sister(s) just by the experience of it all!! ♥

After dinner we drove 5 minutes to the Moore Theater to see an AWESOME show called the Black Nativity! It got our ♥ HEARTS ♥ Pumping, our SOULS Moving and by the end we were all clapping, dancing and PRAISING our AMAZING God and CELEBRATING the birth of CHRIST Jesus our LORD!

At 5:00 on Christmas Eve we went to the Overlake Christian Church Candle Light Service... we had never been to a candle light service before and it was beautiful!  We also LOVED watching the little children up on stage singing... it always stirs up so much emotion in me... to see their enthusiasm, their innocence - LOVING and WORSHIPING Jesus! It Just melts my heart... ♥

Mark 10: 13-15
People were bringing little CHILDREN to Jesus to have him touch them, but the disciples rebuked them.  When Jesus saw this, he was indignant.  He said to them, "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the KINGDOM OF GOD belongs to SUCH AS THESE. I tell you the truth, anyone who will not receive the Kingdom of God like a little CHILD
will NEVER enter it,

Christmas Morning Erik made a YUMMY egg casserole and I made some cinnamon rolls and we enjoyed seeing the GIRLS faces light up from some AMAZING gifts from their grandparents, their Auntie and Uncle and us...  There were EVEN gifts under the tree for our little girl(s)! ♥

Leaving the house in a bit of a mess... we zzzzzzzipped up to the pass at Snoqualmie to go TUBING!

We enjoyed Christmas at HOME for the first time in YEARS - However, we missed not spending it in Kenya with the Joy Divine Children's Organization and we MISSED not sharing it with our daughter(s) in Ethiopia.
I think 2011 is going to be AMAZING!

The GREATEST Christmas Gift of all
Was never placed beneath a TREE,
But lay within a manger
Beneath a star, for all to see.

Isaiah 9:6
For a child is born to us, a son is given to us.  The government will rest on His shoulders.  And HE will be called:
WONDERFUL
COUNSELOR
MIGHTY GOD
EVERLASTING FATHER
PRINCE of PEACE

1 Timothy 3:16
And without controversy GREAT is the mystery of Godliness: God was manifest in the FLESH. justified in the SPIRIT, seen of angels, preached unto the Gentiles, BELIEVED on in the world, received up into GLORY!

SWEET 16!

SWEET 16!

YIKES! When did this HAPPEN!?

Wasn’t it just yesterday I was putting BIG bows in her hair
and hair-spraying it all over the place?

I swear she was JUST in Kindergarten!

SIXTEEN!

Independent!
Beautiful!
Thoughtful!
GOD-Loving!

The Bows are GONE - and now it's Lip Gloss and Eye Liner!
Driving and Dating!

…She is getting SO grown up! Sometimes I wish I could just STOP time or go back to when she held my hand, sat on my lap, snuggled and cuddled with me and wanted to do EVERYTHING together! ;) I LOVE the amazing person she is becoming!  But, I also miss how much she NEEDED me.  I think when they start to become more independent it is tricky for a Momma – to let go a little...  Let them out there to EXCEL or make MISTAKES - to learn and GROW into the ADULT she is becoming!  It feels like the time just FLEW by… and POOF all of a sudden she wasn’t my little GIRL anymore she has become my little LADY!  …with a voice, opinions of her own, political views, standards, limits, an idea for her future!

A CHRIST loving AMAZING, WONDERFUL Young Lady!

HAPPY
SWEET 16th
BIRTHDAY MADISON!

I am BLESSED beyond words that GOD chose me to be your MOMMY! It has been the most rewarding, AMAZING, hard, FUN, easy, AWESOME responsibility I could ever imagine! I wouldn't trade ONE minute of it for anything!  You have taught ME so much and helped me to become a BETTER person, as I try to raise you in ways that GLORIFY GOD!

♥ I LOVE YOU SO MUCH! ♥

Hello Friends and Family!!!

I have an exciting opportunity for you all!!! My sister and her family are in the process of adopting a little girl or possibly 2 little girls from Ethiopia.  They have been on the list for several months now and are making their way closer every month!!!  My sister Darcee, her husband Erik and my nieces Madison and Makinzi are such a loving family!  My kids love spending time with them up in Seattle and every time they go visit Auntie Darcee they might as well have gone to Disneyland!! She is so much fun to be around and they all just embrace our kids like their own. I cannot wait for the day I get the call from sister letting me know that I am going to have another niece or nieces!!  What an amazing blessing!

This month a great organization, The Ordinary Hero is donating $10.00 of every one of their t-shirts sold on their website to adopting families. That is a huge donation from each shirt sold!!!  The money goes directly to the adoption agency in my sisters name. Just make sure to put their names "Darcee and Erik Sanders" in the "add special instructions to sender" box at check out. That money then is used towards the expenses of their adoption ONLY.  It's a great way to get a cool shirt for yourself, give one as a gift this holiday season or maybe buy one for your kids.....and you get the added bonus of helping an incredible family get that much closer to their dream of adopting a little girl(s) from Africa.

If you do decide to support this amazing cause send me an email and let me know!! I would love to tell my sister how wonderful all my friends and family are!!!

Have a wonderful holiday season!! Thanks for your support!!
